This proposed technology is an interactive training program that focuses on establishing the desired workplace based on feedback from the individuals in the training session. The training starts with the participating individuals stating the key elements that they desire in their workplace environment. The program then engages the group in instructor led activities that can address shortcomings in the current workplace and improve on areas where the group sees positive catalysts.

 

Background:

There are a number of programs that are used at various companies and workplaces to educate the individuals in the workplace on various topics and skills. Currently, there are a number of companies that offer customizable training that focuses on teaching individuals’ soft skills to be used in the workforce to meet specific needs. As there are a variety of topics that can be covered there are also a variety of ways that these programs are currently being conducted. More classes are taught online and take the in-person experience away.
