This invention describes a system and methods for helping an individual determine how much sleep is optimal for them and what time they should go to sleep based on specific outcome or outcomes of interest like mood, work performance, blood pressure, etc. This approach uses an individual's sleep data to help calibrate/optimize their sleep so that they can perform optimally relative to their outcome(s) of interest.
