Invention:
This technology is a collection of transgenic mouse lines that contain a human gene locus (TH2) that is involved in human asthma and allergy. This gene locus includes the Rad50, IL-13, and IL-4 genes. The first in the series of mouse lines contains wild-type locus of the genes. The second mouse line contains a series of polymorphisms that are found in human asthma & allergy.
