Viral Vector for Developing Oral Vaccines and Therapeutics Against Diseases in Aquatic Animals
This technology uses a genetically engineered replication deficient virus as a vector to deliver genes encoding vaccine (i.e. antigen) or therapeutic nucleic acid (e.g. RNAi molecules).
